Hello, my dear readers, I would like to share with you one blogger who is definitely a professional in his field. Neil Millington is an English teacher in Japan, and he currently teaches at a University. He is also the founder of http://dreamreader.net , a free online reading resource for teachers and learners. In addition, he is a Ph.D. candidate studying language learning motivation.
In his blog, he writes certain tip concerning our profession as teachers, he describes enjoyable activities to get learners talking, experience from collaboration with other teachers, alternative assessment, the most challenging class he has faced, writes how to create a pleasant and supportive atmosphere.
